
What personal identifiable information does PiC collect? The personal information we generally collect is that which relates to your work experience, your work performance, qualifications, aptitude test results and other information obtained by us in connection with your possible work placements.
For what purposes does PiC collect the information? We collect personal information for our primary purpose of securing either a contract assignment or permanent employment for you.
How does PiC collect personal information? We obtain most of your information from you directly, such as: when you submit an application to apply for our services; each time we have contact with you via telephone, email, facsimile or personal meeting.
Sometimes we may ask to collect particular personal information about you. Unless we have already done so, when or before we collect that information, we will take reasonable steps to inform you of: the purposes for which the information is collected; where applicable, any law requiring the information to be collected, and the main consequences if all or part of the information is not provided. Information from third parties, specifically references, will be collected with your prior consent.
How PiC holds personal information? We hold your personal information in a combination of computer storage facilities and paper based files and other records. These facilities and records are securely located on site at PiC offices.

We may do so in writing, over the telephone or email. At other times, your consent will be taken to be given where you indicate to us that you wish to obtain or use our services.
